Post 9 Members/Non-Profit Pricing:
3 hour minimum: $100.00 (half hall up to 90 people) / $225.00 full hall up to 175 People
4 hours $125.00 (half hall up to 90 people) / $250.00 full hall up to 175 People
$25.00 each additional hour
Non-Legion Member Pricing:
3 hours minimum: $250.00 (half hall up to 90 people) / $450.00 full hall up to 250 People
4 hours $275.00 (half hall up to 90 people) / $500.00 full hall up to 250 People
$25.00 each additional hour.
PLEASE NOTE: We must have a $100 deposit in order to hold the date of your event!

Conditions of Hall Rental

Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought in by renter.

There shall be no drinks served to minors. The party renting the hall will be responsible for any violations.

Chairs and 60" round or 3'x8' rectangular tables available in any combination (6 to 8 chairs per table)

Soda/water provided at $1.25 per can or bottle.

If renter is providing food or a caterer, NO access to the Post kitchen is allowed.

All decorations on tables and walls shall be applied with masking tape ONLY (no tacks or staples allowed).

No decorations allowed on fans, light fixtures, or signs..

The party renting the hall shall be responsible for all property damages which occur as a result of the rental.
Bartender, alcoholic beverages, and catering prices provided separately.

Hot Coffee, Tea, Rolls, and Butter provided with buffet menu.
If alcoholic beverages are required, a bartender MUST be provided by the Post. Prices on request.
6% PA Sales Tax and 18% Gratuity will be added to the bill.
